This platform is developed and managed by Alpha Seven to support the Beautiverse 2026 event, held from 18-20 December 2026 at the Bali Beach Convention Center. Identity & Contact Data
Name, email address, phone number, and demographic information provided during registration.
Transaction Data
Details of purchases made within the app, including event tickets, class bookings, and beauty/wellness products. Payment information is securely processed by our official partners (e.g., BRI) and is not stored on our servers.
Engagement & App Data
Activity logs from the Beautiverse Stamp App, booth check-ins, and digital interactions across the venue.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Your data is strictly utilized to facilitate core event activities and enhance your experiential journey:
A. Event Ticket Purchasing
We use your contact and identity data to issue digital entry passes, manage capacity limits (targeting 6,000+ visitors), and send crucial event updates regarding the Bali Beach Convention Center venue.
B. Beautiverse Stamp App Collection
To make the on-the-ground event more interactive, your app logs participation across various booths and the 5 sensory havens. Stamp collection data is used to unlock rewards, redeem exclusive merchandise, and measure holistic audience participation.
C. Product Purchasing
When purchasing products from our 60+ participating brands (e.g., Skintific, Wardah, Kahf), we process order details to facilitate seamless transactions, pick-up scheduling, and post-purchase customer service.
D. Class & Workshop Ticket Purchasing
Data is used to reserve limited-capacity slots for exclusive sessions, such as the Perfume Workshop, Floating Yoga, and Valentine Mat Pilates. We will send you personalized itineraries and session reminders.
DATA SHARING & SECURITY
We do not sell your personal data. Information may be securely shared with our Official Venue Partners (The Meru Sanur, Bali Beach Hotel) and participating brands only when you explicitly opt-in (e.g., checking into a specific brand's booth via the Stamp App). We employ industry-standard encryption to protect your digital footprint.
